UTU Elevator, Inc. is an independent full service elevator company that has been serving the five boroughs of New York, as well as Yonkers, New Jersey and parts of Long Island for the past 20 years. We specialize in new installations, modernization of existing elevators, maintenance, repair, consulting, yearly and 5 year mandatory testing and all violation removals.
UTU Elevator is fully insured. Patrick DiMeglio, the owner has 41 years of elevator experience and holds an agency directors license with the New York City Department of Buildings. All of our technicians are highly skilled and experienced in new elevator technologies in addition to problem solving older equipment. Each technician has completed the 40 hour OSHA safety course and follows the best practices in safety.
We install state of the art elevators equipped with the latest technology and we install and maintain all types of elevators - Machine Room-Less (MRL), Traction, Hydraulic and wheelchair lifts. Our work can be found in commercial as well as residential buildings and our clientele ranges from contractors, building owners, HOA’s, architects, consulting firms and condo boards.
With over 30 years of experience in the elevator industry I take great pride in providing our customers with excellent service and cost effective pricing.
